Positive: It's in the center of Quartieri Spagnoli with an amazing view and stunning soundscape. I liked the design of the flat, especially the terrazzo and calm colours and the comfortable bed, although there are some renovations needed (tap, shower, balcony table). The elevator needs coins!
Negative: Unfortunately the balcony table was broken and there was still a cigar, the shower gel was broken, the kitchen tap is very loose and the warm water needs a lot of time (like 1-2 minutes).
